Afghan Biscuits

175g butter, softened
1/4 cup GF cocoa powder
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2cups GF cornflakes
1 1/2 cup BAKELS GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift Bakels Gluten Free Health Baking Mix and cocoa powder and stir into mixture to form a dough. Add cornflakes by hand untiljust mixed through. Roll into balls of desired size and flatten slightly. Place on tray and bake at l80°C 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on tray so Afghans can firm up.

When cold, ice with chocolate icing and decorate with a walnut. Makes approximately 20.
