Muesli Slice

1/2 cup Bakels Gluten Free Flour
1 Tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
150g butter      
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp sesame seeds     
1/2 cup buckwheat
1 Tbsp honey    
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup soy flakes
1/2 cup rice bran
1/2 cup ground linseed 
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup coconut      
1/2 cup cinnamon         
1/2 tsp salt

Make Up Instructions

Melt butter and honey and add with the beaten egg to all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Press into a greased baking tin and bake at 150?C for 25-30 minutes.
