Savoury Scones

50g butter, melted
3/4 cup water
2 1/3 cups Bakels Gluten Free Baking Mix

Savoury ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper's diced
1/2 red pepper's diced
1/2 cup gfrated cheese

Make Up Instructions

Mix melted butter and Bakels Gluten Free Baking Mix until it resembles soft crumbs. Add savoury ingredients and fold through. Add water and mix to a soft dough. Roll out dough to 2-3cm high and cut into desired size. Place on greased oven tray.

Garnish with a little extra cheese before baking if desired.

Bakes at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
