Never Fail Sponge

4 eggs (separated)
2 Tbsp  boiling water
12Tbsp maize cornflour
175g  sugar
2 Tbsp BAKELS GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar dissolved in boiling water. Beat again until thick and all sugar grains are dissolved.

Add egg yolks and mix well, add remaining dry ingredients and fold in slowly.

Bake in 2 greased cake tins. Bake at l80°C for approximately 20 minutes.
