NZ Bakels manufacture and distribute a wide range of bakery ingredients, some of which are tailor made for industrial bakeries, while others are developed specifically for the craft and food service sectors.

Products are formulated to suit each bakery sector and NZ Bakels companies have well established sales and technical teams focused on serving either the industrial or craft bakery sectors. The industrial teams are even more specialised with separate industrial bread bakery, pastry or cake and confectionery service teams in place. South Island Croissant Master Class

The croissant master class held at the Christchurch Test Bakery facility early March saw an enthusiastic group of bakers enjoying an informative presentation by Pastry Key Account Manager Raymond Clark and the highly skilled Bakels South Island team. Techniques to ensure highest quality and consistency were discussed along with creative finishing that certainly commanded the WOW factor.

A product highlight were the Crusader Croissants looking stunning in red and black.
